the trip is a comin'
hey everyone, thanks again for following this blog. we had some good turn outs for the dine-out events. thank you to all of you who took part. now we're in the final stages of preparation for a very, very busy weekend. please say some extra prayers for us as we travel on our mission to build this house. we will post more in the days leading up to the trip on Friday, then will be sure to post photos (and try for videos) next Tuesday when we return.
oh.....Greg's feet are much better now (minus 2 toe nails)....oh well, next time more preparation will be in order! Andrew seemed to bounce back pretty quickly, a testament to staying in good shape!

dine out (or take out) at the Canyons Restaurant.
Here's another way to help the baja team build this house. please go ahead and dine out in Redmond on Wednesday night at the Canyons restaurant. just please print out one of these flyers and give it to your server......or print out a few and give them to your friends.
and don't forget, if you feel like dining in, this works for take-out too!!
thank you everyone for your help in making this mission trip happen!!

Our Amazing Baja Team of Walkers....So Far!

Well as of 1:30 pm we have Katie who clocked 11 miles of which 9 were running and 2 were walking! Awesome job Katie!!! Ryan is on his portion of his run right now! Go Ryan!!!Looking forward to your picture!
I received a phone call at 12:45 from Greg and Andrew and they decided to call it at the 28 mile mark! Kate, Abe and I picked them up at a marina just north of Seward Park. They did such a fantastic job and they truly appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers along the way! Thanks to Jeff and Don for catching up with them this morning as well for some well needed pit stops!
Here are a few pictures to enjoy!!!
